  • the customer is responsible for ensuring that it has the legal right to collect and store that information

Individuals seeking access to or correction of their personal information should contact the business that originally collected the information.

  • SyncID does not store Gmail message content on its servers
  • SyncID does not store full Google Calendar data beyond what is required for functionality
  • OAuth access tokens are stored securely and used only for authenticated API requests

Data sharing:

  • SyncID does not sell, share, or transfer Google user data to third parties

Data retention:

  • Access to Google data is removed when a user disconnects their Google account

SyncID's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
