You introduce prospects to SyncID by sharing your link, making a direct introduction, or recommending us in your content or workshops. We handle the sales process, onboarding, and support. You earn a recurring cut of every subscription.

FAQ
Common questions.
How do I get paid?
Monthly, on or before the 15th, via bank transfer or PayPal. You'll receive a commission statement on the 7th showing what's been locked. Minimum payout is AUD $50; anything below rolls over to the following month.
How long does my referral stay attributed to me?
We use a 90-day cookie window from first link click. If your prospect subscribes within 90 days, the referral is yours. Commission continues for the full life of their subscription, with no time cap.
What's the difference between Referral Partner and Reseller?
A Referral Partner introduces prospects and lets us handle the rest. A Reseller actively sells, onboards, and supports SyncID for their clients and earns higher commission rates (15–35%) in return.
Is there a minimum number of referrals to stay in the program?
No minimum. We don't remove partners for having a quiet period, though we may reach out to check in if there's been no activity for 12 months.
Can I also promote other CRM products?
Yes, we don't require exclusivity. We ask only that you don't actively disparage SyncID while promoting competitors. Honest, transparent advocacy is what matters.
Do I need to disclose that I'm a partner?
Yes, always. In line with AANA guidelines, you must disclose when sharing an affiliate link. Our swipe copy pack includes compliant disclosure language so you never have to think about it.
