AI Transparency

SyncID integrates artificial intelligence (AI) to assist users with tasks and enhance the experience for real estate professionals.

We use OpenAI (https://openai.com) as our AI service provider to power features such as content generation and user-initiated automation within the SyncID platform.

AI functionality is only used when triggered by the user. Data is not processed by AI services unless a user chooses to use these features.

SyncID does not use customer data to train AI models. Customers retain ownership of their data at all times.
