Our infrastructure and monitoring systems are designed to support consistent performance and minimise service interruptions.

System Monitoring

SyncID monitors key components of the platform including:

  • application availability
  • infrastructure performance
  • database health
  • integration services

This monitoring allows us to detect and respond to operational issues as quickly as possible.

Incident Response

If a significant service issue occurs, SyncID will investigate and work to restore service as quickly as possible.

Where appropriate, customers may be notified of major service disruptions through the platform or other communication channels.

Planned Maintenance

From time to time, scheduled maintenance may be required to improve platform performance, security, or reliability.

Where possible, advance notice will be provided.
