Data Processing Addendum

This Addendum explains how SyncID processes personal data on behalf of customers.

Customers act as Data Controllers.

SyncID acts as a Data Processor.

Processing activities include hosting customer data, storing and organising data within the CRM system, supporting platform functionality, and maintaining backups.

Customer data may be retained for up to 60 days after termination before deletion.
